It’s been rumored, and now it’s official: the Xbox 360 Holiday Bundle, shipping with pure and Lego Batman, is now on sale for $299.  This makes the normal Xbox Elite, which is still $299, basically obsolete for this holiday season.  The bundle includes everything the Elite does, plus 2 games, and for the same price.  Also of note is the Xbox 360 Controller bundle, which ships with a black wireless controller and 4 hit arcade games, including Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved.

The Xbox 360 holiday bundle is now shipping on Amazon, and the Controller Game Pack will be available in November, for $59.
